Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Supervise site activities related to wet utilities installation, including water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater systems.
- Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved IFC drawings.
- Coordinate with the contractor, client representatives, and authorities to resolve technical and construction‑related issues.
- Ensure all wet services works comply with local authority standards and approvals (e.g., ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, DPM).
- Assist in testing and commissioning of wet utilities and prepare snag lists and handover documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback on quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
