Description
Our client seeking a Tier 1 Network/Service Desk analyst to join their team. Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience or related technical school training. Responsible for inbound phone calls from end users and after hours network support and troubleshooting and escalation to tier 2/3 teams. Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills in network, MS 365 and ServiceNow.
