Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform application installations, upgrades, and product maintenance for existing customers. Troubleshoot application upgrade issues, problem analysis, diagnosis and remediation including critical events. Create and maintain upgrade-documentation and processes. Build strong positive relationships with the customer and project team members. Planning, prioritizing, and executing assignments within deadlines.
