**About the role**

As the primary customer service interface for overseas customers, you will provide a full range of customer support services to ensure accurate and efficient execution of the factory’s daily export operations. You will also provide strong operational support to the export sales team, continuously improve customer NPS, and contribute to the achievement and sustainable growth of the company’s export business objectives.

作为海外客户服务对接人，你将为海外客户提供一系列的客户支持服务，确保工厂出口日常业务正确、高效地运转。同时为出口销售部门提供强有力的支持，不断提升 NPS，推动公司出口业务目标的达成和持续增长。

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Work with the export sales team to collect and manage orders from overseas sales companies, process orders accurately and timely within the factory, and provide feedback via the OA system.

协同出口销售部门，按时收集管理海外销售公司下达给工厂的订单，在工厂内部正确及时地处理这些订单，并反馈OA给海外销售公司。

+ Manage export orders efficiently, coordinate with the PMC team on production scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
