**Summary**

The Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis, will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, analyzing processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement within our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users to define and document current state business processes, pain points with existing processes and map out the desired to-be state. This facilitation may be held in-person by visiting one of Celestica’s manufacturing facilities or conducted virtually.
