In this role, you will be responsible for below:
Administration and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler) Planning, implementation, and optimization of Citrix solutions Administration and operation of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments Monitoring and maintaining server, network, and system performance Ensuring system availability, stability, and performance Performing error analysis and troubleshooting in Citrix and related environments Supporting the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and measures Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth application integration and support Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and manuals using tools like Jira and Confluence
