Description
The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team's charter is to protect Amazon customers from products that are illegal, illegally marketed, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by Amazon policies.

In this role you will be working directly with Testing, Inspection, and Certification providers (TICs) to scale product compliance across multiple categories and policies. This will include visiting TICs, developing test plans for product testing, and engaging in business development to expand the TIC network. This role will also be engaged in improving selling partner experience by coordinating with business teams and addressing selling partner pain points.

The candidate must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, identifying and facing big challenges, and adjusting to sudden and frequent change. Think of this role as a non-technical “s...
