Lead end-to-end new product development projects, ensuring on-time launch, cost efficiency, and quality delivery. This role drives execution across global cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures successful project outcomes through strong planning, risk control, and leadership.

**Job Requirements**

+ Own and lead multiple NPD projects across full lifecycle (initiation to launch)
+ Manage 3–5 projects in parallel with strong prioritization and execution discipline
