Position Overview
- Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
- Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Ensures training rooms, production space, meeting rooms, etc. are being efficiently utilized.
- Serves as the Program Management Office (PMO) point of contact; partners with Business and support functions to ensure work runs smoothly (includes planning for requirements such as laptop, monitors, phones, licenses etc.); serves as a liaison with PMO stateside and various leaders at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines in order to provide an overall program update.
- Ensures transition timelines are in coordination with business needs.
- Manages demand & supply tracking in association with business, HR & Finance. Partners with Real Estate & Project Management team from design stage through delivery of facility, and Identifies impacted parties,...
