Workforce Optimization (WO) team within the Fulfillment Technology and Robotics (FTR) division is responsible for the deployment, performance, and retention of Amazon Fulfillment’s Associate labor pool to manage the largest variable cost for fulfillment execution by innovating the labor pool lifecycle which includes labor planning, schedule and staffing management, and learning and development. Our products and services are used in varying degrees in over 2,000 sites and support dozens of site types within the First, Middle, and Last Mile to impact ~1M Associates worldwide.
