**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Implement, coordinate and execute the operational aspects of ongoing Honeywell transformation projects.
+ Deliver projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial benefits.
+ Conduct robust due diligence, hidden factory capture and deliver flawless project execution.
+ Generate and implement program plans and business requirements into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedule and benefits.
+ Ensure global use of practical, effective tools and techniques (Standard Transitions Process) to manage the implementation of business transformation projects.
+ Manage project charters,project schedules, financial targets, costs and savings calculations and methodology, periodic and recurring business reviews, executive leadership briefings.
+ Use Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvement actions during the transition process.
