Role Purpose:

FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) marketing is responsible for driving end-to-end commercial growth and market penetration of FWA business across the Circle under Head of Growth Group. This role focuses on accelerating acquisition, revenue growth, and utilization of 4G/5G network assets through go to market planning, micro-marketing initiatives, and data-driven commercial programs.

By leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and localized growth strategies,

FWA growth marketing ensures strong subscriber growth, improved site productivity, and enhanced customer experience. Collaborating with Sales, Network, Product, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams, this role plays a critical part in monetizing home business and strengthening Indosat’s competitiveness in the Home business segment
