Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas Community of Expertise (COE), the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Latin America is responsible for developing and executing the long-term total rewards strategy for Latin America including Mexico, Brazil and Chile
Role Responsibilities:
Develop the region's total rewards strategy to achieve business goals and objectives and to position Carrier as an employer of choice within Carrier's global compensation and reward framework.
Partnering with vendors, brokers and the market intelligence team, understand the benefits landscape by country and design a market competitive, harmonized benefits offering by country. Continually monitor the benefits landscape to make design recommendations by country, considering market position, financial impacts and support of Carrier's overall business strategy.
