Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a biological science required (Equivalency Required for Foreign Education); (Incumbents hired into this job 7/1/2019 Bachelor's is not required)
Licenses/Certifications: Medical Technologist (ASCP) or Medical Technologist (AMT), Certified CLS (ASCP), or Certified MLS (ASCP or ASCP-International) CM, or Cytotechnologist CT (ASCP)
Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills:
Two (2) years of pertinent experience in a high complexity laboratory in the assigned/specified area; completion of Senior Medical Technologist skills competency within one year of accepting this position
