Job Summary

A Senior Manufacturing Engineer provides manufacturing engineering leadership and mentoring to entry-level Manufacturing Engineers. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will ensure engineering teams are aligned with the business strategy of the department/company. They will also represent manufacturing as a leader/team member to support continuous improvement through the role of core team member and/or continuous improvement leader. Additional responsibilities include using technical expertise in support of daily operations in production by defining, measuring, analyzing, coordinating, implementing, and following- up on projects and activities designed to increase or improve safety, quality, productivity, and/or capacity.
