Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic analytical and execution-focused Senior Manager Performance & Special Projects to lead and scale a high-performing team responsible for driving performance excellence and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the UAE leadership team this role is pivotal in translating business priorities into action by overseeing the Performance & Special Projects function and acting as a key business partner across departments.
