**Sr. Manager, NBE**

Position Summary: Reports to the Senior Vice President and leads the execution of the E2E Brand Pillar including empowerment roadmap, governance, and timeline for newly integrated and emerging brands across the portfolio. Serves as the primary liaison between Brand stakeholders and the cross-functional E2E Core Teams across R&D, and Regulatory. Expanded responsibility of this senior manger is responsible for enabling new brand’s journey of thier innovation capabilities, processes, and tools leveraging ELC framerwork. This includes working with brand on: innovation strategy, NPL process, pricing, and commercialization frameworks, while ensuring alignment to organizational objectives to drive successful execution through full go-live..
