Lead Talabat Egypt’s overall supply ecosystem, ensuring a sustainable, high-quality, and high-performing rider base across the country.Develop and execute the overall supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics.Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure full coverage and service level adherence.Identify and launch new supply channels such as female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes to diversify and sustain fleet growth.Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, from selection and onboarding to performance management and contract renewals.Set clear KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and rider quality.Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key 3PL partners to drive alignment and operational excellence.Lead and manage the on-ground operations team to ensure smooth dail...
