Overview

Operations group in Renesas refers to divisions in manufacturing, QA, SCM, procurement. Renesas maintains a vast manufacturing and R&D footprint, including major sites in Japan (e.g., Naka, Takasaki, Kawashiri) and international locations, supported by a global sales network. This role reports to, and partners closely with, the Global HR Business Partner to support Enterprise Foundations - Operations leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic enabler and executor of Enterprise Foundations - Operations people priorities, partnering with senior leaders to drive business-aligned people strategies. You will leverage your understanding of Renesas’ processes, systems, and culture to provide insights and solutions that enable leaders to make effective, data-driven people decisions.
