Position Overview
Job Description
- Lead and manage the eDrive Transmission Engineering team, including technical leadership, resource planning, talent development, and performance management.
- Build and continuously strengthen the team's engineering capabilities to support current and future eDrive/eAxle business growth.
- Lead transmission engineering activities throughout the complete product development lifecycle, from concept development through production launch and series support.
- Drive technical development of eDrive transmission systems, including gearbox architecture, gears, shafts, bearings, lubrication systems, housings, and mechanical integration within eAxle products.
- Provide engineering support for awarded customer programs and ensure flawless execution regarding quality, cost, timing, and performance targets.
