Establish sample data panel for sales, purchasing and inventory planning to enable scientific analytics by leveraging AI modelling or advanced data-driven analytical tools;Conduct POC of advanced modelling on sales, purchasing and inventory forecasting;Analyze planning data to identify risks and opportunities across buy, sell and inventory management.Conduct holistic analysis of planning data to identify improvement areas in daily operations and processes.Translate business questions and concerns into specific analytical questions that can be answered through data analysis.Work with DNA to improve sell-out forecasting models and algorithms, including NOS and key franchise/category.Support data-driven decision-making through structured analysis, clear insights and cross-functional collaboration.
