Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our business users. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance, ensuring it meets our needs across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, HRSD and WPM.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents & requests ensuring timely resolution.
+ Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user accounts, security settings, and access controls.
+ Configure ServiceNow to automate IT processes and workflows, aligned with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM Pro and WPM best practices.
+ Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into IT service delivery.
