Position Overview
Qualifications - type 1 Bachelor s Degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health Safety Engineering or a related field
- SARS NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory
- Additional certifications like IOSH OSHA or Lead Auditor ISO are a plus
- UAE GCC experience in building construction projects is mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws and construction safety regulations
- Proven ability to implement HSE management systems and ensure compliance
- Strong experience in risk assessment incident investigation and corrective action planning
- Ability to conduct HSE training toolbox talks and awareness sessions
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
- Ability to liaise with consultants, clients and regulatory authorities
