**Job Description**
The **HR Operations Analyst Sr - LMS** plays a crucial role in the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System. This role involves maintaining the system s functionality (audiences, content, user management, etc ), ensuring data accuracy, and supporting internal teams with training, reporting, and troubleshooting. The Operations Analyst collaborates with HR, the Sectors and the supplier to implement Learning tools, improve user experiences, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
**Primary Responsibilities**

+ LMS Administration: Manages day-to-day operations of the LMS, including course creation, content uploads, and system configurations.
+ Build and maintain curricula, journeys and learning paths in support of business learning objectives.
