Thriveworks is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media efforts across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels. This is a hands‑on role focused on driving qualified patient acquisition and improving performance across the full funnel—from click to kept appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
- Optimize campaigns based on patient acquisition and appointment retention
- Oversee budget pacing, bidding strategies, and geo‑targeted campaigns
- Build reporting and automation workflows using AI and API tools
- Partner with Operations, Clinical, Data, and Creative teams
- Lead A/B testing across audiences, creative, and landing pages
- Ensure HIPAA‑compliant tracking and audience strategies
- Support expansion into channels like CTV, Programmatic, and Pinterest
