The Senior Financial Analyst is tasked with delivering timely financial and operational analytics within a dynamic, lean manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include analyzing results, identifying trends, developing comprehensive reports, and effectively communicating findings to senior management. The Analyst is also committed to process improvements and will manage journal entries and account reconciliations, along with tackling various ad-hoc projects based on the business's current demands.
