Korat ASE provides the service support of HDD failure analysis on both internal testbed (CERT, ODT, Reliability) and customer returns.
About the role - you will:
Provide HDD failure analysis from both internal testbed and customer returns on electrical, mechanical and/or resonance related failures.Provide HDD configuration & attributes analysis. Identify the failure’s root cause, drive for the corrective and improvement actions.Work with the related areas (Design Center teams, Factory teams, Supplier teams and other analysis teams) for failure investigation, root cause understanding and action implementation.Develop the automated failure analysis system/tools and utilization through AI approach.About you:
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to learn independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and presentation).
