Job Description Job Responsibilities: · Attending Customer Calls.· Assigning calls to engineers on priority basis.· Customer Satisfaction through constant communication.· Generating leads from customers through telemarketing.· To create an awareness to customers regarding the division profile.· Invoicing - Submitting the commercial offer to customer.· Getting the LPO from the customers.· Bank reconciliation· Preparing the reports.· Getting Job completion Report from customers.· Submitting the invoice and collecting the Payment.· Conducting Customer Satisfaction SurveyJob RequirementTo ensure that the customer inquiries and complaints are taken care regarding the product or the services.
