Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience

Industry Preference:

• Courier / Transportation / Freight Forwarding / Warehousing

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Export Customer Service

• Experience in handling FCL Desk operations

• Good coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
