Job Description

:

Handle end-to-end Air Export and Air Import shipments.

Coordinate booking with airlines and secure space as per shipment requirements.

Prepare and verify shipping documents (AWB, Invoice, Packing List, HAWB/MAWB).

Ensure compliance with IATA and customs regulations.

Monitor shipment movement and update customers on status.

Handle cargo tracking, POD follow-up, and delivery confirmation.

Coordinate with overseas agents for smooth cargo movement.

Manage trucking, CHA, and warehouse coordination.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

Provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues.

Maintain daily shipment reports.

Highlight delays, backlogs, or operational risks in advance.
