Position Overview
About Our Group We are a dynamic process team to provide sputter engineering support to hard disk media production with the objective of ensuring compliance and conformance to process procedures About The Role - You Will - Provide engineering support to production line by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure and documentation
- Monitor any variables within the process and make the adjustments when required
- Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems
- Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breaks down
- Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down
- Conduct or assist the process engineer in carrying out experiments with the objectives of process improvement
- Continuous improvement on OEE
- Training and certification for MS and new EA personnel
- Assist in Audit preparation
