**Job Description**Roles in the Manager PL path lead a team to deliver secure, scalable software and infrastructure. Scope includes people, delivery, and technical leadership within a team or product group. Competencies Technical: I coach the team to apply strong technical practices across software and infrastructure, remaining hands-on where it matters. I support others to build domain knowledge while setting clear expectations for quality, reliability and maintainability. I build credibility through delivery.
