Job Description
A power client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to support power plant projects with a strong emphasis on hands-on design execution. This individual will serve in a lead-capacity role, providing technical direction while remaining actively involved in day-to-day design work. The role requires ownership of deliverables, accountability for progress, and a strong focus on productivity and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
 - Develop and maintain detailed electrical designs and models for power generation facilities, including:
  ○ Switchgear
  ○ Transformers
  ○ Step-up transformers
  ○ Generators
 - Lead electrical design efforts while working directly “in the trenches” alongside the project team.
 - Execute design work personally and ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
