Job Title: Sr. Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (North Toronto, ON)
Type: Contract 12 month
Our client currently has an opening for a Sr. Desktop Support Analyst to work as part of the Desktop Support Team. The role will provide Networking and Desktop support to users in providing Lotus Notes Ver. 7 or 8 password resets, ID administration, PC, Laptop hardware support and BlackBerry (BES) support to approximately 2,000 end users.
(Note: Client will consider cross training on Lotus Notes if all other skills/experience criteria are met however… candidates must still have a minimum of recent basic working experience with Lotus Notes as a user in an Enterprise environment at the very minimum to be considered.)
