We are seeking a highly driven Senior Customer Retail Manager (Sr. CRM) to lead the Lunds & Byerlys business and serve as the primary field-based representative for Kraft Heinz within this strategic regional account.
This role goes beyond traditional retail execution. The Sr. CRM will be responsible for leading customer relationships, driving business growth, recovering distribution opportunities, improving execution, and serving as a trusted advisor to both the customer and internal teams. The successful candidate will combine strong selling skills, analytical capabilities, category knowledge, and relationship-building expertise to deliver profitable growth across the Kraft Heinz portfolio.
