Responsibilities

  • Handling customer complaints with the professional protocol for better customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score NPS).
  • Driving corrective and preventive measures for further insurance no repeat issues with a proper and robust system.
  • Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers and business partners satisfy the handling process.
  • Cooperating with global, regional, and local organizations to deliver overall quality performance according to the best quality principle.
  • Cooperating with operations for defect reduction program to achieve zero defect principle.
  • Listening to customer queries professionally and solving them.
  • Dealing with the customers via applicable communication channels and coordination with the local team.
  • Looking after the customer Quality Performance and updating per defined regular status.
