Position Overview
Base Salary - $130,000-$150,000 + PAID Relocation Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development of project scope, timeline, and budget, adhering to established project management frameworks and industry best practices. Manage staffing and craft plans for construction, commissioning, and startup phases, lending support to operations for troubleshooting and optimization efforts. Engage in process engineering as necessary to fulfill project objectives. Lead the specification and procurement of equipment, as well as oversee the creation, review, and awarding of bid packages for labor and equipment. Analyze and devise solutions for engineering challenges related to manufacturing equipment and systems, including root cause analysis of component failures.
