• Data migration experience: Direct involvement in at least one significant on-prem to cloud migration (e.g., on-prem SQL/Hadoop → Azure/Databricks); understands the real-world complexity of moving data at scale
• Data modelling: Able to read, produce, and critique logical and physical data models; strong attention to detail with schemas, naming conventions, and data contracts
