Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Project Supervision & Scheduling: Manage architectural work schedules, material procurement, and cost control in alignment with the master project program. Supervise day-to-day site progress to ensure works are on track.
- Technical Coordination: Study architectural drawings and proactively coordinate with consultants, Civil & Structural (C&S) teams, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) teams, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) to resolve technical or site constraints.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all architectural works strictly adhere to project specifications, design drawings, and authority requirements. Prepare for and coordinate quality management assessments, including CONQUAS.
- Subcontractor & Management Liaison: Supervise and inspect work performed by subcontractors. Keep the Project Manager and Project Director closely informed of any technical hitches or site anomalies.
