About the Role

As a Senior Analyst Performance Management, you will support business planning and performance management activities through financial models, forecasts, business and financial analysis, industry research and special projects. You will work in a multi‑business organization to support required reporting, analysis and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities by coordinating across business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3‑5 Year Plans).
• Support the management team for the Cards and Retail Financing Business to develop and maintain tracking of key business drivers and net credit margin for key business segments.
