Someone in this role will:
Configure and analyze complex commissions plans including requirement gathering and validation analysis for life and health agents according to individual commission schedule. Identify basic to complex issues in production and liaise with IT by investigating causes, submitting requests for fixes, and testing corrections. Resource for less experienced peers.Build test plans, develop metrics, and conduct additional research to support the sales team with incentives and the commissions team with complex questions.
