Description We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Sr. Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Santa Cruz, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can represent the front office effectively, provide dependable administrative support to leadership, and keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced onsite environment. The role combines reception, meeting coordination, document preparation, travel support, and general office administration while working closely with staff across several departments.
