Primary areas of responsibility include:

+ Review all expenses within repairs and maintenance and construction in process for proper accounting treatment and prepare reclasses as necessary.

+ Review the construction in process reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy.

+ Prepare accrual for construction-related and repair and maintenance invoices not received.

+ Other journal entries and accruals as necessary.

+ Analyze income statement accounts for necessary accruals and prepare associated journal entries.
