Robert Half is conducting a search for a Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations of an established organization. This onsite role offers an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on position with exposure to general ledger activity, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and financial reporting support.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle day-to-day accounting activities for an assigned operating entity

+ Perform general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations

+ Support month-end accounting and reporting processes

+ Assist with accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable functions

+ Review invoice payments for accuracy and ensure expenses are charged to the correct accounts and projects
