Responsibilities:
- Partner with both plant leadership and corporate office (in USA) by providing cost accounting reporting and analysis to identify issues and help improve efficiencies.
- Partner with corporate headquarters on various reporting or special project requests.
- Assist in monthly close process.
- Assist in financial statement preparation.
- Assist in required government reporting, annual audits and tax matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a plant environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in. Proficient in English language both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with advanced experience in Excel.
- Excellent people skills and ability to work well with others.
- Problem solver who is well organized and takes initiative.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
