YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Account Manager Manager, you will have a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will ensure partner engagement and retention in Glovo by finding ways to grow the number of orders and generate additional revenue. Define the monetization strategy and execution for all partner segments.
THE JOURNEY
- Be part of South Region’s team of Spain based in the Sevilla office
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews).
- Manage a high performing team of 2 people ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ensure career development and professional growth of your team via 1-1s, performance reviews and recurrent feedback.
