About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Play Area Maintenance Operative to help keep our parks and playgrounds safe, clean and welcoming for families. This role involves routine inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of children's play equipment and surrounding areas. You'll be working outdoors year‑round and contributing directly to the safety and enjoyment of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Play equipment inspections - carrying out daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure equipment is safe and compliant
• Repairs & maintenance - fixing or replacing damaged parts, tightening fixtures, and reporting major faults
