**Job Title: Splicer**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing cable splicing and electronic upgrades for fiber and coax systems in the field, including testing, activation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable service. You operate safely and efficiently, working both overhead and underground, often using equipment such as bucket trucks when directed. You manage your daily assignments independently, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all work meets customer and industry standards. You may also support and train other splicers while working outdoors in varying weather conditions and handling physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials.
