Position Overview
Main Responsibility
Develop and manage short to medium term plans for fillings, mature spirit tipping and warehousing at Dufftown, aligned to quality standards and planning timelines. Build integrated plans across Warehouse 6 & 8, the Dufftown vat hall and Arete supply, balancing demand with operational constraints. Coordinate vat hall activity and weekly tanker/cask movements, ensuring clear priorities and deliverable schedules. Deliver consistent plans through the weekly planning cycle, using KPIs to minimise late change and improve stability. Identify and manage constraints (spirit availability, capacity, wood supply and budget), proactively resolving risks and protecting plan delivery. Manage vat levels and overall utilisation to maintain balance across the supply operation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate inputs, strong collaboration and shared accountability for performance.
