The Spine Sales Specialist is responsible for executing the commercial strategy for the Spine portfolio across Chile. This role requires deep specialization in spine solutions, strong clinical and commercial expertise, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments at a national level.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Spine business performance nationwide, achieving sales targets and ensuring sustainable growth across Chile.
- Develop and execute national commercial strategies for the Spine portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Manage and develop key accounts across public and private healthcare systems, building long‑term partnerships with surgeons, KOLs, procurement teams, and hospital leadership.
